At ZooCart, we aim to deliver your pet essentials quickly, safely, and reliably.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver in the following major cities:

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad

  • Rawalpindi

  • Karachi

2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary by product type and city.

Standard Delivery

  • Lahore: 1–2 business days

  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days

  • Karachi: 3–5 business days

Holidays, sale events, and weather may affect delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates city-wise apply as follows:

Lahore

  • Orders above Rs. 2,999 → Free shipping

  • Orders below Rs. 2,999 → Rs. 250 delivery charges

Islamabad & Rawalpindi

  • Flat delivery charges: Rs. 350
    (Advance payment required)

Karachi

  • Flat delivery charges: Rs. 400
    (Advance payment required)

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours

  • Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day

  • Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped

5. Payment Policy (Important)

  • Within Lahore: Cash on Delivery (COD) available

  • Outside Lahore (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi):
    Advance payment required
    (Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash)

This helps us ensure secure and smooth delivery.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

If delivery fails due to an incomplete/incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged / Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for a replacement or refund.
